Garageband

Today at Enrich@ILT for  Garageband we learnt how to copy and fade out of a song to end it.  That was my second song.  Garageband is lots of fun and I am learning how it all works. For passion time I am researching what fruits would be suitable for our healthy energy drinks.  I have found out that not all fruit drinks are 100% healthy.

Stress!

Hello today is the first day of Enrich@ILT for the term! Today we started off the roll call and we usually have to say what was the best thing in the holidays but today we had to say the place we wanted to visit before we are too old to go on a plane!  Mine was Seattle. We started with three workshops on Personal Development. My favourite was the stress session because we got to discuss ways to relax, and then try one of the techniques - colouring in/doodling for 5 minutes.  This is something that would help me.

Juice

Today for passion time Daniel and I made some juice. We also tried doing some suggestions that  our expert told us, that might help make our drink better. For chess first I versed Daniel, it was a stalemate.  Next I versed Luca, he won 16 points to 15, it was so close.  I don't think I tried my hardest because I was so chessed out after the weekend because it was the Dunedin chess tournament

Orange

Hello! Today at Enrich after the roll we played chess the top 10 went together to play a round-robin tournament. I played Luca and I lost! Then I versed Jackson and lost again! Then we went onto personal development. I went with Nicola we did brain games (to sharpen up your thinking, and to help strengthen different learning styles that you might not usually use). When we had to go to morning tea everyone went awwwww! But we went anyway. For passion time me and Daniel went round asking people what flavour they would like most for our sugar free energy drink: pineapple, grape, apple, orange and orange and apple mixed together. Orange and apple mixed was the most popular with 10 votes.  See you next week!

Chess

Hello. Today at Enrich we played chess and I played against Max.  He bet me twice and then we had personal development I went with Katie, it was about Renzulli and Gagne's model of giftedness

Passion Project

HELLO this is my blog for this week. Today we did a sheet for our proposal of our passion project. Daniel and I are in a group and we are going to create an Energy drink(sugar free).  
It was really hard we had to figure out what we would need.

Wuzzles n Hoops

Hi people out there! Today at Enrich we did some Wuzzles which are word puzzles .We did them with Nicola. They were pretty hard.  Another activity was ... Hoop-A-Rooney. It is a game where you need to get 3 hoops around a circle formed by a group of people in the fastest time without letting go of the person beside's hand. It took us 1 min 39sec.
