Second day back at Enrich

We have got some super cool new equipment at Enrich called 'Imaginz" - Imaginz is like adult sized lego.  We have got 4 tubs full of it.  On the first day back, I made a big house, except I didn't quite finish it because I ran out of time.  You have to slide all the pieces together and put a special piece in that is like a join, and that helps lock all the pieces together.  I love building, so last week, I forgot about my lunch because I was so busy building!  There is an instruction book with a list of things you can build.  If we had finished the house last week, Samantha would have been able to stand up inside it!  My goal is to get the house finished one day this year!

Dog kennel

Today we started the day with a Wilson game -Hula Hoop Amoeba. Our group came 2nd. Next we did  our student voice survey.  We did that so we could tell Darryn, Alana and Katie ways they could change Enrich for next year. After that, we did passion time. I continued with the dog kennel and I finished the dog kennel!!! Well I didn't finish in passion time, I finished it in the afternoon. But still I finished it!!! Here are some pictures of it. Today we started the day with a Wilson game called All or Nothing. Darryn's team won all three games. Next we did passion time and I continued sketching my dog kennel. I showed Darryn my sketch. But he changed my sketch completley. Next week I am going to build the dog kennel.

First day back

Today is the first day back at Enrich for term four.  First we did the roll then we talked about sustainability.  There is different kinds of sustainablity: Environmental, Economic, Social and Cultural. Then we had morning tea. After morning tea we did a technology challenge, our group lost. Then we did chess, I lost against Jacob. I am going to do passion time. I am going to continue on with clay sculpting, I am not sure what I am going to make.

Week10 Term 3

Today at enrich we started the day with chess I played agenst two people.I played agenst Wilson and Robert I lost when I played agenst Wilson. It was a tie when I played agenst Robert. Next we did passion time I did clay anamacion here is a photo of it:

Week 9 Term 3

Today we started the day with chess I played against two people. Luca and Amy, when I played against Luca I lost. When I played against Amy it was a tie. Next we did our enviroment projects. I am working with Samaria and Madeleine. We worked on our Keynote today to present to the ILT.  Samaria is going to speak for our group, so she practiced what she was going to say. Next it was morning tea We played a Wilson game called Piccadilly Circus.  You had to stand in a circle and someone would give a ball to you.  You had to then run and give it to another person and sit in their place.  You weren't allowed to give the ball to the person right beside you. Then it was lunch time! Now that I've done my blog post, I'm going to do passion time.  Today I'm continuing with clay sculpting.

Term 3 week 8

Today we started the day with chess, I played against Alex, I lost!!! Next we did environment projects, I am doing a giant chess board. Next we had morning tea.
We did more of my environment project then it was lunch! See you next week!!!
